A translator for Russian and Slovenian, with years of experience as a technical writer. Her specialities in the company are project planning and implementation, translation management supervision including localisation, terminology management and training. In the area of translation-oriented copywriting, Claudia Hagendorfer combines her advanced expertise in both technical editing and translation.


Tanja Feldhofer, M.A.

Vendor Management & Business Development

Her passion for languages combined with an insatiable thirst for knowledge led her to the Centre for Translation Studies (ZTW) Vienna, where she obtained her Master's degree with the language combination of German, English and French. In her professional career, she learnt early on to work within teams and to steer translations into a winning direction. With diplomacy and a keen eye for layout, spelling and consistency, she ensures the highest translation quality.


Robin Reisenauer, M.A.

Translation management, Marketing & Sales

His interest in linguistics and literature led him to study Transcultural Communication at the University of Vienna. He was able to put his knowledge of German, English and Italian to good use as a language trainer and freelance copywriter. He is also skilled in film and video production. During his Master's degree, he joined the text-it team, where he can now finally live out his enthusiasm for the broad field of communication.

Translation management and Technical editing

Translator for the Croatian-German-English language combination, with a passion for technology. Her talent for organisation and planning means that she expertly handles even the most urgent projects. An expert in Trados and MemoQ, she is constantly on the lookout for cost-effective customer solutions, and knows that quality is essential in every aspect of a good translation – from content consistency to format.


Simon Hagendorfer

Software Engineering

After graduating from vocational school specialising in Mechatronics, Simon is currently enrolled in Computer Science at the Vienna University of Technology. He distinguishes himself by his structured way of working and his understanding of technical contexts. He incorporates his enthusiasm for technical progress and digitalisation into projects with new challenges and modern documentation formats. His eyes light up when he receives requests to optimise mundane and tedious tasks or create tools for data conversion and data preparation.



Mag. Linn Kogler, B.A.

Technical editing

As a linguist and Romance philologist who loves technology, she knows how to present complex subjects in an appealing way. She uses her foreign languages (English, Spanish, French, Italian) plus her specific knowledge as a cultural and social anthropologist to prepare instructions for different cultures. Her experience as an editor guarantees formal correctness and linguistic consistency. When it comes to documentation, quality in all target languages comes first.


Martin Borer


With his knowledge of physics and communication sciences and as an enthusiastic technical writer and layout designer with many years of experience, he has been with text-it almost from the start. His affinity for IT and his wide-ranging knowledge of programmes ranging from FrameMaker, InDesign and Photoshop to Scribus and Office through to translation memory systems, he contributes to the stable support of the specific IT landscape at text-it.
